The DREAM Program has built and reconstructed multiple care centers in the ten African countries in which it is present. Each center offers not only a diagnosis and a completely free treatment regimen, but also sanitary, nutritional, and educational support. The DREAM Program works to increase the accessibility to medicines around Africa. Moreover DREAM does not just simply ask individuals to come to the center, but rather goes out and finds those who may not be aware of what DREAM has to offer or are incapable of getting there on their own. It is for this reason that there is both a large group of professional doctors and scientists and a group of social workers. This second group of professionals, once trained, takes on the more “mobile” aspects of the program such as home care, administration of daily therapy, and nutritional counseling to mothers.
