DREAM center in Congo RDC
The DREAM Center of Mbandaka was created in January of 2009, next to the house of the nuns Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de ‘Paoli, who currently run the center.
It is one of the largest DREAM Centers and has within it its own molecular biology laboratory and a food warehouse that distributes nutritional aid to the patients of the center, in particular those who are malnourished.
From the beginning the center has been a landmark for the whole Equateur Province in the northern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
